4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures or a video of the parcel and product
In case the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will cover all shipping costs for replacement or return.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Aspect)
Returns or exchanges can be requested after 7 days and before 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be in near-new condition
- At least 50% of the product must remain unused
Return Shipping Options:
Option 1: Store-Provided Return Label
- We can arrange a return label for Rs. 400
- This amount will be deducted from your refund
Option 2: Self-Return
- You may return the parcel yourself using any courier service
- In this case, no amount will be deducted from the product refund (excluding shipping you pay yourself)
