By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Sufuf-e-Shafawi: Return request can be made within 7 to 21 days after receiving the order.
- Pure Cardio: Return request can be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Immunity Boost: Return request can be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
The product must be dispatched back to us within the applicable return window.
2. Return Address
Please send the returned product to the same return address mentioned on the parcel you received.
Before dispatching the parcel, you must:
- Take a clear picture of the product bottle being returned
- Share the picture with us on WhatsApp
- Provide the courier tracking ID once the parcel is dispatched
⚠️ Sharing the tracking ID is mandatory. Returns without a tracking ID may not be processed.
3. Return Processing Time
Once we receive your returned parcel, we aim to inspect and process the return or exchange within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following methods, as per your preference:
- Pakistani Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned item.
5. Return Shipping & Deductions
- Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
- An amount of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover:
- Product inspection & quality check
- Handling and restocking
- Administrative processing
6. Important Notice (Finance Bill 2025–2026)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note:
- As per government regulations, 2% Sales Tax and 2% Withholding Tax are deducted from the total amount by the courier service
- These deductions are non‑refundable and will be adjusted accordingly in the refund amount
7. General Conditions
- Used, damaged, or tampered products may not qualify for a refund
- Products must be returned in original condition
- Herbal and organic products results may vary from person to person
